CVDLINK: 350 Patients Enrolled in the European Cardiovascular Data Platform

By 31 December 2025, the European CVDLINK project had reached 70% of its enrolment target — 350 of the 500 patients sought —, recruiting through two Bucharest medical units: "Bagdasar-Arseni" Clinical Emergency Hospital and Bucharest University Emergency Hospital.

For each patient, an extensive set of clinical, biological, functional and imaging data (ECG, echocardiography, angiography) was collected, managed through an IT infrastructure built in 2025 for secure data transfer, with a structured REDCap database currently being implemented.
