Thematic Course in Space Physiology — a National First

CieH's Space Medicine Hub, together with the Bucharest Medical Students' Society (SSMB), organised Romania's first thematic course in Space Physiology, honouring the partnership between UMFCD and the Romanian Space Agency (ROSA). Structured in 8 modules, the course was taught by Prof. Thais Russomano, MD, MSc, PhD, one of the field's leading international specialists.

The course was a genuine success, drawing 572 students — proof of UMFCD's growing academic interest in space medicine, a field still in its infancy in Romania.
