Romania's most important health-themed hackathon reached its 6th edition, organised by CieH and the Bucharest Medical Students' Society (SSMB) together with Johnson & Johnson Romania. Over 48 hours, 13 teams of public-authority representatives, healthcare professionals, business experts, academics and patient-association members developed innovative digital solutions for the health system, both on-site and online.
Johnson & Johnson Romania awarded the three winning teams a total of $30,000 in pre-seed funding to implement their solutions — the third edition run under the academic-private partnership agreement signed in 2020 between UMFCD and Johnson & Johnson.
