Space Medicine Session — UMFCD Congress 2024

As part of the UMFCD Congress, the Space Medicine Hub organised a dedicated session with international participation, moderated by astronaut Dumitru Prunariu and Prof. Raluca Papacocea, MD, and attended by 100 students. Talks included "Humans as Cosmic Beings" (Prof. Thais Russomano), "Neuromechanical Effects of a Microgravity Analogue on the Retina" (Dr. Adrian Iftime), "Radiology in the Space Age" (Cristian Scheau) and "Venus, the First Step Toward Multiplanetary Humans" (Silviu Pîrvu).
