Curious About Lab Work? Let’s Start Where It Matters: Safety First.
We’re kicking off our Laboratory Techniques course series with the most important topic of all: Laboratory Safety.
Whether you’re a medical student or a resident excited to explore the world of research, this workshop is your gateway to working confidently (and safely!) in the lab.
Date: May 22
Time: 18:30–20:00
Location: Pitar Moș Street, No. 20

What to Expect:
We’ll cover the essentials—personal protective equipment, safe handling of substances and instruments, good lab habits, and what to never, ever do next to an open flame. It’s the kind of knowledge every researcher should start with.
But this isn’t a one-way lecture. We want your questions, your thoughts, and your participation. This course is designed to be interactive and engaging, so be ready to contribute and connect.
You’ll also get the chance to build a good connection with the tutor and fellow participants—which we hope will last beyond the session.
If you’re open, curious, and ready to dive into the research world the right way, this workshop is the perfect place to begin.
We’ll bring the gloves—you bring the curiosity. See you there!
