Next in the Series: Laboratory Techniques – Cell Cultures
For Passionate Students & Young Doctors with a Curiosity for Cultured Cells
Do cells stress you out more than your thesis? Wondering how to grow them without growing… contamination?
Join us for the next course in our research series: Laboratory Research – Cell Cultures, where we dive into the fascinating (and occasionally frustrating) world of cell culture techniques.
We’re looking for students and young doctors who are:
Interested in lab research
Eager to understand how cells behave outside the body
Tired of pretending they know what “confluency” really means
In this session, we’ll explore:
– How cell culture works, why it matters, and how to avoid classic beginner mistakes
– What good technique looks like—without having to learn the hard way
– Stories and tips from a professor who’s spent years in the lab (and still enjoys the smell of ethanol)
Bonus joke: If you’ve ever whispered “please grow” to your cells, you’re already halfway there.
